Cheeky Monkeys - Earls Colne
Situated at The Essex Golf & Country Club, Earls Colne, this exciting, large, fully equipped, Nursery provides professional care for children from birth to 8 years of age, in a relaxed and happy atmosphere that is both safe and secure.
Here, in this fully supported environment, your child will be able to learn through play and, follow a curriculum that will help them to develop to their full potential.
In addition, the nursery also offers before and after school collection via our after school club – in our Cheeky Monkeys Mini Bus. In addition we also provide extra activities such as Yoga, Music lessons, French Lessons, Cooking and much much more!!!
Our onsite chef, Peta, provides nutritious meals planned throughout the day and menus are posted weekly in advance for the viewing of parents. (If you look on Peta’s cookery page section on this website she also gives tips and recipes for parents!!)

Cheeky Monkeys - Colchester
The nursery aims to open in June 2011. Cheeky Monkeys Colchester will be the second nursery owned by the Cheeky Monkeys group. It is a purpose built nursery in the new housing development of the Quarters on the out skirts of the garrison town of Colchester.
The nursery is on two floors with the younger children on the ground floor. There is a separate baby room and a large open plan 1 to 2 years room with access to the garden. The upstairs comprises of a large open planned playroom a Montessori room and a messy room.
The ethos of Cheeky Monkeys is to provide the children with a variety of learning experiences to allow them to grow in confidence in all areas of the Early years Foundation stage. All children will have a key person who has particular responsibilities to meet the need of the children in their care and to liaise with parents to ensure they are aware of their child’s development with in nursery and to discuss with parents their child’s changing needs.
Helen Palmer, the owner of Cheeky Monkeys, has worked in childcare for twenty-five years. Her passion is to provide high quality childcare that meets the needs of the child and the parents.
